What are your processing times?

Can I add, remove, or change items in my order?
No. Once an order is placed, items, colors, sizes, and quantities cannot be changed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email blanksful@yahoo.com with the correct address. If we see the email before the order is processed, we can update it. Please double-check your address before checkout.
Why does shipping seem high?
Shipping is based on weight, package size, and distance. If a large order calculates incorrectly, we will refund the difference.
Please note: shipping charges are not just exact shipping, it is all items that go into shipping the order.
When will items restock?
All restock updates are posted in our Facebook group when information becomes available.

Do you offer expedited or next-day shipping?
No. Orders ship UPS Ground or USPS Ground, and we select the best option.

We do not guarantee delivery dates due to carrier delays and possible order processing errors.
Do you offer returns?
Returns are accepted only on items we normally keep in stock.
Preorders we do not normally carry cannot be returned.
Return rules:

- Items must be unaltered and in original condition
- Marked-down items cannot be returned
- Only item cost is refunded (shipping is not)
- Refunds go to the original payment method through Shopify
Each return has a specific return address tied to that order. Multiple orders must be returned separately to their assigned addresses.
Returns requested after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted. No exceptions.

SHIPPING- We ship out from Crossville, TN. Processing times are found in the photos of each listing. Shipping delays do happen with weather or during any busy holiday time. No order is guaranteed to arrive by a certain date.
RETURNS- If you want to do a return neither return or original shipping will be refunded. A return has to be approved and has to be asked for before 7 days after tracking shows delivered to be eligible. No returns for items marked on sale. Items have to be in the same condition and not be washed, worn, pressed, or altered in anyway. You have to ship out returns within 7 days after it has been approved and send tracking info to blanksful via email.
ORDER MESS UPS- If you receive an order that has the wrong item(s) in it, missing item(s), or damaged item(s) please email blanksful@yahoo.com with your order number and all info and photos needed. You must contact us within 7 days after the order shows delivered. The correct item(s) will be sent out with the shipping method of our choosing or you can be refunded the item(s) cost (minus any shipping) to the payment method you paid with. Item flaws have to be emailed within 21 days of order delivery date. Once an item is to your customer we can not replace a flaw because we will not know if it was due to normal wear, handling, storage, or use rather than a manufacturing flaw.
